Regarding withdrawn of old pension scheme

I was recruited against vacancy advertised on 11.07.2003 and cancelled on 05.01.2004 thereafter re-notified same vacancies on same term and conditions on 06.02.2004 and I had opted my option for old pension scheme & option letter submitted on 30.08.2023 and the then Superintendent of post office Mainpuri was granted me Old pension scheme as per clarification issued by Chief pmg Lucknow in reference of DOP &PW OM 57/05/2021-P &PW(B) DTD 03.03.2023 but at present SPOs Mainpuri withdrawn my OPS benefits in respect of another person's time barred representation then suggest me for reconsideration of Old pension scheme

Your appointment was based on the advertisement of 05.01.2004 or 06.02.2004 ?
Whatsoever, all government exployees recruited after 01.01.2003 have to accept new pension scheme.
