Dear Sir,

If dipute arised between empoyer and employee what is the legal procedure as per Industrial dispute act and Arbitration and concilliation act(1996)

the query is quite vast....better buy the acts from the market and know the procedure.

otherwise you may mention the exact dispute between the parties so that a limited and proper advice can be given.

no one will write an essay in Expert Section.

Dear Mr.Kiran

Thanks for the reply iwould herewith enlighten you about the case.

The case is between contractor and principal employer in which the dispute arise due to stop payment of contractor and also diburse the workers salary and other reimbursemnt like Leave encashment,Retrenchment compernsation,from contractor's bill without any prior confirmation.

No steps taken as per dispute machinery and they directly set arbitrator themselves and set the hearing with in thier own premises

so in that case what is legal remedy is there.

Share your suggestion on above as per act and prectices.
