The case is between contractor and principal employer in which the dispute arise due to stop payment of contractor and also diburse the workers salary and other reimbursemnt like Leave encashment,Retrenchment compernsation,from contractor's bill without any prior confirmation.
No steps taken as per dispute machinery and they directly set arbitrator themselves and set the hearing with in thier own premises
so in that case what is legal remedy is there.
