Dear Sir
We are three brothers and our father has already expired.Our mother is alive.We have
no sisters.We have all decided to allow a
builder to construct a multi-storyed residential complex at our land in a prime
location in Bhubaneswar,Odisha.
Before we sign the agreement for devolopement deed and power of attorney what we need to do for our safety?The Putta
is Stivan and in the name of my father.For
pension we had issued a legal heir certificate in our mother's name.Do we need
to mutate our property in our individual name or if we mutate our property in our mother's name it will do.For our safety from the greedy builders kindly advise us
