Redevelopment of society building.

Dear/Madam,
our society wants to go for redevelopment. conveyance of the building is done but societys name has not come on property card and other revenue records.whether we can go for redevelopment in this situation.if no how we can bring societys name on property card and other revenue records.kindly advise.

The answer depends upon so many documents so not possible to advise.

sir, please let me know which documents you speak.i will see those documents are in our custody.

1) Apply to City Survey office and get the name changed in the property card, AFTER following "due procedure of law".

2) Redevelopment process can be done only after the title-deeds are clear, in the Property Card.
