A tenant in a 53-year-old building facing redevelopment is seeking clarification on compensation for their private terrace access. The landlord has appointed a builder, and the tenant is questioning the builder's offer of 50%. It's advised to review the redevelopment agreement thoroughly and consult legal counsel to ensure compliance with current laws and protect tenant rights.

You go through the redevelopment agreement and if terms are not in accordance to the prevailing law in this regard you may contemplate to escalate the matter legally through appropriate legal forum.
