No. Provident fund and gratuity of an employee are immune from attachment or recovery. You can file Civil suit for recovery of amount or you can recover the same from his other due such as unpaid wages, earned leave wages and/or Bonus etc.

Recovery is not possible from PF amount. You can hold the last salary or can take legal steps .

No pf can not be attached or recovery can not be made from PF but to transfer pf your noc will be required at that time call him personally or give him letter that only on compliance with the recovery your pf transfer will be made This is possible.for transfer formality he has to sign forms and submitted through previous employer.
