Dear Suresh,
Issue is conflict between the Court Declaration that Mr.A is a hindu and belongs to particular caste belonging to Hindu after his reconversion from christianity, but the community of the very caste he belongs refusing to recognize him as a member of their caste to which Mr.A originally belong to after he converted to christanity from Hindu.
