Realisation of maintenance awarded from husband living abroad.

My husband is working in a foreign bank in England. He is not paying maintenance awarded to me by the court. How the amount can be realised in execution proceeding ?

first you have to check from the respective england consultate / embassy in your state as to whether indian decrees are executable as a counter arrangement. If yes, then you can get his salary attached immediately from your Court to his local area Court
