sir,

i have one question, Can a lawyer be a promoter of a Pvt. Ltd. Company? if no. then pls tell me the ways by which he can be a part of a company along with practice.

Yes he can be one of the promoters but should not hold any executive post in the company.

A lawyer can be promoter and even can be a director of the company but as rightly stated by Mr. Vishal he cannot hold an executive position.
