Dear sir,

This is both for your information & confirmation that, legal cases u/s 138 have been initiated against me, for not honouring remaining balance (25%) installments to the financial institution, from which the finance was availed !!

Although I am a resident of Kolkata, the case has been initiated in the local court of gurgaon !!

Although I have initiated proceedings for (205) in that local court, but still would like to shift the case to Kolkata, as because the cost of distant litigation is high and above that I can ensure my personal presence in the court, at my place of domicile. I wanted to know of the legal remedy available and the estimated cost for furthering the matter.

there are lot of procedural difficulties and hence transfer of criminal case is a rare one

will not be transferred to your place as gurgaon court also hs jurisdiction and the loan papers you have signed may also have mentioned disputes to be settled in gurgaon court
