Public trust registration in tamil nadu

Hi
Please let me know with which office of the government of tamil nadu the public trusts have to be registered. Is there any way by which the list of trusts registered can be viewed.

all trusts are registered in Tamilnadu before Tehsildar/Talathi of the area. There is no such mechanism as on day when you may be able to see all the trusts in one view.
