Dear Sir,
Certified true copy of Public documents received in the form of information under the RTI Act 2005 and being submitted in the court of law to prove some facts or to contradict the opposite party version. Are these documents needs to be proved by that public authority in the court of law for their acceptance? Please provide the law position in this regard.
With regards

Dear Querist
there is no need to prove before the court because when they issue the certified copy of the same it can be persumed that these documents are true and the copy is true copy.

you can rely upon certified copies of public document obtained from RTI . it is not necessary for you to examine public authority to prove said document
