Provision of Parking Space by Builder

Isn't it true that builder can not charge for open parking space in the flat but can charge for parking garage in view of the approval of plan by the authorities which include open space as well.

It is better to see your agreement or general advertisement upon which base, you applied for the purchase of the flat from the builder. There is a lot of difference between open space as per sanctioned plan and open parking place.riven

Open Parking is a Genral Facilities attached to the Flat - no separate price .

Closed Garages are separate and as per query it is approved in the plan it is additional facility , it can be sold and purchased with exlussive rigth of parking .

Declared Open Places of Building & Open Parking as mentioned by lrd Friend Mr Makkad to be considered .riven

There is diffrence between open space as per sanctioned plan and open parking place. Builder can charge or not will depends upon the terms & conditions of your agreement with the builder.
