Property share in father

dear sir,

I am Female 41 yrs married, I am under Hindu Family staying in chennai, (Tamil nadu District) , I have a one brother his age 52, my father died on 1995, but my mother still in alive, i married on 1991 with my own uncle son (via my mother relation) my father and my mother both done my marriage. they done all the formalities,( expensive everything they done) after my marrige my self and my husband both we are in stay with my father house up to 1994 after that 1995 my father expired . my self and my husband both we came out from my father house, we wend our home, on 2000 again i came to my father home and i took one portion in that one potion my self and my husband both we are in doing business, another one portion my mother doing business, and another portion we are getting the rental income that rental income also my mother receiving , she is enyojing and we are not giving rental income to my brother another one portion is empty, we are not using,that empty is demaged my mother told to take this demaged portiong to my brother. but he did nt took in that place my brother family also staying my brother marrige also happend in this place only that time my father alive he have 3 girls and one boy every body more than 20 years no body get married, my question from 2000 to till now im there in my father family and my brother he is not receivd any rental till now this is controlled my mother only, my mother is my controll, she will do anything for me , and she will do against my brother, this is my family condition. my brother is daily wager he is getting the daily wages money, around 200 or 300 rs per day, but i have a own house my economic level is good , but iam asking 50% percentange share from my father home, (beause this is my father own home) if i said anything to my mother she will do for me, so my mother giving full support for me, she will never give support for my brother, in this situtation my father home is demaged one portion is fall down(empty shop) apbord from that my brother dont have any property . my brother planed to do some construction work in my father home becuase my brother family staying in the same house. i am telling to leave it my 50% share , Remaing portion construced home. but my brother telling i cant leave it . if u want to 50% property put civil case on this home , i will see in the court,
important: We have 10 years different age between me and my brother
And i am currently staying the home this home is my mother home,
my father buy this home from my uncle for that my father gave money to my uncle. my uncle sold to my mother
after sold the property to my mother, (that time i am married my father also be with me) my father and my mother gave to me. then we construced the property we build the home at present my self and my husband my childern both we are in house.

after that i make the some documents for my home
in that documents i mentioned i got a propetry from my mother for that i gave some amount to my
mother like that i mentioned then i took a signature from my mother, here after no partiition in this home to my mother lke that i mentioned.

in this situtation,
my brother telling -that time (my father alive) given the properrty in this proerrty only your staying .
so u dont have any rights to this property ( demaged home) like that my brother telling to me , and more over both my brother and my self and my mother both we are not talking , .
this is situtation

my question

1.if if go to court what will happen
2. my brother can he able to bulild whole demage home
3. if he while constructed the home can i able to stop the home construction
4. if yes what i want to do ( for that am i want to get any stay order from court)
5.any possible there to my brother to get the stay order from the court for build the demage home because the home is too demaged it will fell down at any time .
6. if i put a case on demaged when case will solve apporx how many years it will take to complete,
7. for example if the demaged home fall down. my brother doing the construction work that time my mother and my self both we can able to stop the construction work. legelly.
8. what will decision,
9. if i go to police station both my self and my mother and if i give complaint against my brother
like my brother dont construt the whole home
10. police will stop the construct work or what police will do.
11. but i need 50 % share for that what i want to do.
