My Father-in-law has 3 properties (a vacant site & 2 houses). He has 3 daughters and a son. I'm the first son-in-law in their family. Recently my F'in-law told us that he wants to sell the vacant site and share the amount it with all his children. My question is,
1. Whether the first daughter will get 10% more share (as told by F'in-law)? 2. Are the daughters eligible for an equal share among all the 3 properties?

YOUR FATHER IN LAW EARNED THAT PROPERTY IS SELF ACQUIRED HE WILL DECIDE THE SHARE AS HIS WISH ONLY NOBODY CLAIM THE SHARE, INCASE THAT IS ANCESTRAL SHARE IS DIVIDE EQUAL TO ALL.
