Promissory note attested by two attestors A AND B and it was scribed by a scribe name X. The note was fabricated for Rs.10 lacs with the help of these 3 persons A.,B, and X FOR benefet of Z. A B have given false evidence in suport of Z. But, X states that it was blank and no amount was given to the person named in the note and says that NO ONE WAS PRESENT WHEN THE NOTE WAS PREPARED BY HIM.He says that Z has evil motto and done the entire thing with the collusion of A and B.PLEASE GIVE ME SOME CASE LAW ALSO IF POSSIBLE. Good case to fight..i think there has to be detailed discussion on several aspects of the case and the trial, particularly the details elicited in the cross examination of A and B, whether X was treated as a hostile witness by the plaintiff [complainant] etc. I wonder whether all these information could be exchanged on this forum..
