Income tax dept is not bothered for Proff tax it may be state Proff tax dept who got your details from your proffessional body. There are CA s dealing with such problems, your notice will be revoked since you are not working in India.

You have not earned any income within Indian territory or incurred it in India so IT Department can be suitably replied accordingly to withdraw its notice being not tenable before law.

you received a letter from which govt?

Professional tax is not collected by IT Dept.

Moreover on basis of facts stated you are not liable to any of these taxes.

Had you ever been registered for professional
tax in past??????That may be reason of notice in anticipation of default.
