Dear all,

I would like to enter into an lease agreement for purchase of agricultural dry land in Karnataka for 25 years for an yearly rent of Rs 1000/- per annum.Is it possible ? if so,

Wt is the procedure ?
Wt is the stamp duty & Reg fee ?
