Procedure for expert opinion

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 27 September 2011 This query is : Resolved 
Sir, at the time of trial, in my case a documents has been placed by complainant, which is forged one,and my lawyer take adjournment for cross examination of the complainant, now i want to place an application for expert opinion about writing, and signature of the parties, kindly advise me under which procedure of Cr.P.C. should I place such application and what is the exact procedure for expert opinion.

hope to get kind advise of the experts.

U/s 139 of CrPC the court can summon any expert.
