1.What are the expenses involved in probating a registered will? amount of court fees ? any stamp duty ? legal expenses ? any other ?
2. approx time required for the complete process if not disputed ? and if disputed ?

at the rate of 7.5% of total value of property and maximum Rs. 75,000/- but pl chk up with your state any variation under Court Fee act provisions applicable to your state.

No time can be predicted, but normally it takes 60 days time, in case if no objection, claim or demand are received against public notice. If same are received you have resolve them first and court/judge will consider to grant you probate.
