Probate of will

(Querist) 15 February 2012 This query is : Resolved 
I have applied for probate of will. Court asks for affidavits of witness and other heirs...I have not any information of witness about their address etc... so what i will have to do for further?

yes, witness must and also legal heir's also, you can file not traceable than publish news paper
