Hindu Women Executed a will for the Property situated in chennai. The beneficiary is her grandson and the same is registered in chennai. Now after her demise

1. Is it necessary for me to probate the will?
2. If so what is the Court fee for Probate?

Yes. The will has to be probated.

If there is no objector, where is the need for a Probate of any Registered Will, which the beneficiary may act upon ?
