Dear All,

Please advise some good Marriage Counselor for Divorce matter in Hyderabad and Mumbai.

To get divorce petition will have to be filed in the Civil Courts or family courts. Only these courts have got powers to dissolve the marriage, even got cannot dissolve the marriage. If u filed the divorce petition judge himself will be the counselor. There will be a conciliation period before evidence begins, there is conciliation proceedings in the court in such matters. U need not to go for marriage counselor.

I think Abhimanyu is searching for a counsel/ lawyer for divorce matter not a counselor.
