What Legal case can the close relatives file against the first wife for not fileing a polygamy case against the husband knowing fully well that he has a second wife .which has caused embarrasment with in the relatives and society.

No relative can file a case against the first wife for she is not filing the case for polygamy.

Expert Kavksatya..Is polygamy not a crime ? Hence any witness to a crime can complain/file a case ..yes or no? Kindly explain where i am wrong this is in public interest....
