Police didnot register case against criminal matter

Respected sir/madam

police didnot register case against criminal matter like 420 ipc.The accused already number of case register in different place in india.I have gave all information to police like contract,our payment details but they ignored itplease give some solution .police told that our company approach to directly to court,it is see civil matter but it is not right.thank you

contact a local lawyer . if police are not registering case file complaint in court under section 156(3) to direct cops to investigate and submit report
