APPLICATION UNDER R.T.I. HAS NO SPECIFIC PERFORMA.
JUST send notice to opposit with the postel order of rs.10/-per question.
and also mention yr
address.

Under Right to information Act. The fees is Rs 10/- for one applicaton not for one question. You should simply give:
1. Details of the information required by you. Should contain
(i) Subject matter.
(ii) Period to which information relates.
(iii) Description of information required.
You may ask as many questions on as many subjects you wish. There is no such limit to be asked in any single request application. The total fees payable in all queries is Rs 10 only.
Secondly if you are below poverty line then No fees is to be paid alongwith application. The fees can be paid vide cash receipt/ Bank draft/ Bankers cheque/ I.P.O.
In your application the mode of information required should be mentioned like in person/ ordinary post/ Registered post or Speed Post.
