Plea bargaining for accident case

Hi all,

What is the best way to dispose accidental case quickly.
1. Plea bargaining
2. Victim agrees in front of judge for compromise and judge agrees to compound 338 and then judge allows respondent to plead guilty and pay fine for 279.

The best way is to compromise with complainant and make him agree to give statement in your favour before the court . Never think that in criminal cases if you stops him to appear before the court,then the case will dismiss in default .Court will issue NBW against him and forced him to appear .

I am fully agree with Mr. Prashant that best way is to compromise the matter u/s 320 crpc.
