Places of jurisdiction in 138 n.i.acts

So far as places of Jurisdiction of courts in respect of 138 N.I.Acts are concerned there are divergent judgments in favour of complainant as well as accused from various High Courts. There are still a lot of confusion. Will it be safe to follow Justice MS Hima Kohli's judgment in respect of deciding places of jurisdiction?

There is no confusion at all , if you are accused you have to present the citations using magnifying glass to read the words and sentences used.

If you are complainant go ahead only very clever advocate will raise the issue.

And in most of the cases the issue will be clinched only in revision.
