PIO FURNISHED WRONG STATEMENT IN CIC

I filed my 2nd appeal in CIC due to some reason i missed the hearing today i got a letter from CIC in which i found PIO gave wrong information To INFORMATION COMMISSIONER can you pls guide what should i can do now ? Thanks ATUL

Since you have not attended the CIC hearings, CIC is likely to decide the case on the basis of documents before it.

It is decision by INFORMATION COMMISSIONER IN PARAGRAPH UNDER HEADING relevant facts emrging during hearing In which whatever information was given by PIO TO. CIC ....

That is total lie .
