What do you mean by Execution of pension?

If you mean whether it can be got demanded through civil court then the answer is yes.

If you have not received your pension, get proper reply from the authorities concerned. In case that you feel that injustice has been done to you, you file a writ petition, to get your pension with interest for arrears, if any.
