Dear sir,Iam a business man having sole proprieter ship business licence also in my name.one of the business man say A done business in my name with one X but X also done business on the licence of Y. A paid the entire dues to the X.Payment endorsement also given by X.The entire business is done on the belief.now Y filed the suit on me as he is having licence on him.Even i never seen Y.Kindly give me suitable advice in this regard with citations.ThanQ.
