My father had self aquired property ( hut premises)and purchased in the yer 1970 and that time no agreemant for sale was in picture my father expird on 2005 after that our uncle made some forged document like raion card, Adhar,Electricity bill, etc. to grab our father above mentioned hut premises I have only one document relating to that hut premises one census slip of 2000 year of my father name after my father who will be right and true owner of the above hut premises of my father my mother or all we brother and sister and if only mother then what is the way to acquire the above said property by my mother I also let you know that my mother have a flat in her name so can she get the benefit of that hut premises if it comer under S.R.A Scheme or from any builder . I also let you know that above mentioned hut premises My father had purchased from one lady yellpa shetty.
