Hello, this is sanket from ahmedabad. i would like to know the legal formalities for opening the overseas consultancy in ahmedabad. what are the documents needed?, where to get registered?, how much time will it take to get open? how much commission will we get and how much profit is expected?

Any general query may not fetch you the desired advice, as all that depends upon the nature of business or service, legality with reference to the national and State laws of India, terms & conditions of the principal company, etc. Further, how the experts can guess how much commission on any unknown business or servie you can get and why, when commission is fixed by the principal company?
Better consult some expert on business law at local level by showing him the documents pertaining to the business or service upon which you want to take up franchise, along with terms & conditions of the business.
