I am working in Noida Sec 57 and the Company has not paid salary from last 2 months and they are not giving me salary and offer letter also

You'll have to serve a legal notice to your employer for recovery of your lawful dues along with interest and damages.

If your employer fails to adhere within 15 days of the receipt of notice, you can file a suit for recovery against him in civil court.

First collect your offer letter & request for you salary & await for the reply and follow up then there is no response initiate action through ALC of your jurisdiction.
