Original Sale Deed

My original sale deed was sent by Mumbai Sub-Registrar to Pune for Scanning to Photo Registry Office.

Now it is not traceable/misplaced at Photo Registry Office.

Now I want to sale my property but without original sale deed it is not possible as banker is not sanctioning loan.

I am holding my registration receipts with me.

Kindly advice me how to proceed with the sale?

firstly you should try to registered your property on the basis of documents you have ! after that you can sell it

yes . u have to reconstruct the document and to take signature of both party and to approach sub registrar for registration and may u have to pay stamp duty.
or to go to court for declaration of ownership

You just make an application for the photo copy of sale deed with the registration receipt to the registar office. They are bound to give you a replay for the same. You are not need to pay stamp duty again.(If they are ignoring to take an application then send it by RPAD.)You will defenetly got result.

If the original documents lost, you can get the certified copies of the same.
