non pyment of maintance charges

I am surendra v. desai of secretary of housing society.
In my society one member not pay maintaince charges last 7 month
This member not submit is all official docment regarding co-op society member ship so Please advise how to take legal action on it

Send him a notice demanding the maintenance charge, if he fails to pay the maintenance charge even after the notice, disconnect the services offered to him. Automatically he will come and settle the dues.

agree with expert, he would be forced to submit dues/ membership roofs to claim any relief from the Court
