non licensed chitfund

Hi

I had a known lady who run chitfund with license at home, were many people involve in chit, so I had two chit but one was taken in August but still no money was settled., Lady told me to take together I was fine , last November was last chit but still no money. If I ask she does give either dates,,, I have calls recorded but only two. Can I walkin to police station to complain on that lady. No white and black documents available. Please help

File a case u/s 420 IPC. After the infamous Sarada scam the court and govt. has become very strict against such chit funds.

You can approach local police with a complaint of cheating offences against that lady.
