Sir,
I have purchase NJS papers from Kolkata Collectorate a sum of Rs. 1,38,000/- in the name of PARESH, can I change the name as NARESH instead of PARESH and what formality should I fulfill. plz help

cosult and change name where you are purchased. You have file an aplication before the authority stating genuine reason

The stamp vendor, the stamp office in this case, can alter the name.
You please approach the office who sold the stamps to you
