Can any help me for new formula of dearness allowance calculation both the noticfication gov.of India

DA calculation as on 01.01.2009 :

12 monthly average of AICPI (IW) 2001 series, (year 2001=100) from 01.01.2008 to 31.12.08 = 141.715

% DA calculation = (Avg AICPI base 2001 - 116)*100/116
= (141.715 - 116)*100/116 = 22.16 %

% DA after rounded off = 22 % effective from 01.01.2009
