Need some help for filing a complaint

Dear all,

May I know that without any witness can I file criminal complaint for cheating.

cheating done in marriage

every complaint filed needs to be proved
and that can be done only by adducing evidence
either by way of document or through witnesses

in your case i think without any witness you may not be able to establish your case

we all know law needs evidence

so witness is necessary in any complaint
