dear sirs i have a quarry , Ajay sen Gupta , who completed LLb, and enrolled Himself in Bar councle U.P. Problem is that His all Educational Documents In name of Ajay sen ,also enrolled for Advocate in name Ajay Sen.
He want to know whether he can practice By name Of Ajay sen Gupta, what is The Procedure If any . He File ITR in name Ajay Sen Gupta. Pls Advice

yes he can after changing his name officially by executing an affidavit and gazette notification or proclamation in news paper and after that submitting the same in UP Bar Council for change and correction and authorization fro the same.
