if there r two partner in firm and one with draw and but some cheques were left with the partner who with draw his partnershipand misuse the sam and use the same u/s 138 ni act,what r the remdy avialable to the 2nd partner who remain the propriter of the firm,if the partner who with draw file a case u/s 138 ni act by using the same cheque which was in his possesion when he was partner of the firm

You can lodge a criminal complaint against the retired partner who is indulging in this kind of fraud.
