My Grandmother the settler has form a Trust in 1968 for the absolute benefit of me and my 2 brothers which is registered in sub registrar office of greater Bombay . In the said trust she is the absolute owner of the premises and also one of the Trustee. The papers say that the property should be handed over when we attain the age of 21years. But since the settler my grandmother was alive I had not claimed although I was 21 in 1990 due to love and affection towards her and went abroad with my husband. When I returned I was shocked that my 2 brothers had transferred the property on their names without any intimation to me. PLEASE advise whether I will get my share or not,if yes how do I proceed further to claim my share.
I will be highly obliged for your early replies.
Thank you ALL

Ies if the settlor has brought any changes in the said deed of trust then definitely you can enforce your right for share in the said property. File a suit for declaration of your share and for nullification of that deed of trnasfer in favour of your brothers as well.
