How to calculate the income of minors in case of accidental injuuries.
If any judgements please let me know.

it seems you are trying to calculate as per the format in MACT cases but no income is accrued to the child coz usually the income is nil for a child unless specific. In case of injury to the child a lumpsum amount is awarded based on the brilliance and other heads. so you have to make your case accodingly.

In such cases it is the intellect and brilliance and family background ,education in family,his own education,his chance to comeup in life are a few considerations to be taken while deciding a lump sum compensation
for him.
