i want to know that where can we make complaint against employer if he is not provide minimum wages and ESI facility in Delhi state can we make online compliant.

DEAR SUMIT,
FOR THE MINIMUM WAGES U CAN MAKE COMPLAIN TO THE LABOUR COMMISSIONER AND FOR THE ESI FACILITY U CAN MAKE COMPLAIN TO SOCIAL SECURITY OFFICER OF ESI REGIONAL OFFICE.
