how can give application to the village office for measuring of our property, how many days will due for coming and measuring the property

Not to the village officer,but you have to give application to the land records department if it is agricultural land and if the property is situated in urban area then give application to the city survey deptt.

Move application to Tehsildar of your area who shall depute any Area Kanoongo and patwari to measure the land which can take even 1 month in practical.
