Married daughter rights to property of her father (Owned)

Please le me know if the will is not made by father in the name of his only son. Is married daughters can calim their right to the property of her father( his owned not ansesters)

During the life time of father, the father is absolute owner of the property.In case, he died whiteout disposing the same either by will or otherwise. The property become ancestral property and married daughter will have equal right as other legal heirs have.

YES. The Hindu Succession Act provides for it.
