Mango jelly production in a vacant site situated in between residential houses.

(Querist) 26 May 2013 This query is : Resolved
Respected Experts,
One of my friend is living in a village, Andhra Pradesh State. A vacant land (nearly 0.5 acre) situated in front of his house. The owner of the site gave the site to lease(oral lease only. no written deed involved) to a person who doing mango jelly production. The Mango Jelly is produced through the conventional drying process involving spreading of mango pulp in layers, one after another for about 25 to 30 days in the above said vacant site. The product produced is exposed to dust, insects and flies. Because of such production of mango jelly, large number of flies creating nuisance, spreading various diseases among the people who live in that area. My friend's aged father got suffered with Diarrhea, because of such production.
Some of the people who residing such area went to land owner's house and explained the above situation, but the land owner didn’t care about that and again gave his site to the same person for same activity. Now, the Mango Jelly producer / Merchant made all arrangements for production of Mango Jelly.

Let me know the procedure that how can we stop such production.

Thanking You.
