Please someone advice whether girl should wear Mangalsutra before officially divorce or not?
Also girl is claiming money for her with husband, since she is living with other guy as living together, will it entertained in indian law?
why none of the lawyers/judges asking these questions even though if they observe something which is not traditional or not officially getting divorced by law..?
Is it required or no to wear Mangalsutra for hindu married girl who filed MC-CRPC 125?
Any of the lawyer really interested for my question, please advice.. i need to know and do arguments in court.

Mangalsutra wearing has no relevance in divorce matter. In many parts of country mangalsutra is not mandatory. in some parts even non-hindu women wear.

Actually, there is no law under the query. Mangalasutra wearing is not relevant to divorce. It is the opinion of a woman/girl who divorced, whether she keeps a mangalsutra or not. After the divorce, she may marry another man/boy, or a live-in relationship is also her choice.

In Indian law, wearing or not wearing Mangalsutra has zero legal value.
There is no section under Hindu Marriage Act, Hindu customs, CrPC, or Evidence Act that requires a married woman to wear Mangalsutra.
Mangalsutra is a symbol of marriage, but:
Legally, marriage exists until a court grants divorce, regardless of Mangalsutra.
Not wearing it does NOT amount to desertion or misconduct.
Courts do not and should not ask about it because it has no evidentiary value.
So this point cannot help you legally.

It is the personal choice governed and protected by the right to privacy of the girl concerned.
