Thanks for the judgment. But I have already raised one issue here but no body paid any heed to issue.

Whether law is different for different people?

Whether compulsory retirement is enough punishment?

why the higher officials or judges are only impeached or terminated but are not prosecuted/ arrested/ penalized under IPC or other penal law, like a common citizen.?
